Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns are accepted for new products only. The product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including personal care products, supplements, cosmetics, medicines, medical products, and sealed hygiene-related items, unless the product is defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, Expired, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the request and provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution where applicable.

Return Method

Returns are handled by mail, courier, or an approved delivery method. If the return request is approved, DawaDose will provide return instructions and a return shipping label or courier pickup details when applicable.

Return Fees

Approved returns are free of charge. DawaDose will cover the return shipping cost for approved return requests, including damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or eligible unopened products.

Restocking Fees

DawaDose does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

Exchanges

DawaDose does not accept product exchanges. If an eligible issue is approved, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another suitable solution depending on the case.
